East Partnership, a boutique specialist executive search firm serving Australia, New Zealand, and the APAC region, confronted the task of humanizing and distinguishing their brand in an industry awash with clichéd executive search imagery. To tackle this, they teamed up with renowned photographer Damon Cameron, purposefully steering clear of stock photos and predictable depictions. Their revitalized brand launch yielded notable results: a drop in website bounce rates and a substantial uptick in inquiries, starting from day one. Clients hailed the firm's newfound authenticity and relatability. In addition, we crafted a clean and versatile brand identity that effectively communicated their presence in various industries. This new identity was seamlessly integrated into a fresh website, marking a successful transformation in a competitive market.
